We are looking for a Regulatory Knowledge Lawyer (m/f/d) to join our Financial Services Regulatory team in Frankfurt on a full- or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to be actively involved in client work, with a focus on German and European banking and securities supervisory law.

Our firm is a leading global law firm with 48 offices in 29 countries, advising on complex and significant transactions and disputes. As a Knowledge Lawyer in the supervisory law practice, you will be key to tracking and analyzing legal developments in financial regulatory law, laying the foundation for successful advice within a market-leading team.

The role involves close collaboration with advising lawyers, other knowledge lawyers in Germany and the EU, and the marketing and business development team. Depending on your preference, you can also participate in regulatory mandates.

Further establish and develop regulatory knowledge management within the German and European practice
Identify strategic trends and prepare legal developments in financial supervisory law
Create presentations and briefings for internal and external audiences on new regulatory initiatives
Participate in and organize industry events, representing the firm externally
Advise regulated financial institutions, if desired

We seek EU-qualified lawyers with solid knowledge of banking supervisory law, interested in working independently at a high level and driving topics forward, without the pressures of time-critical client work.

Qualification as a European lawyer (Volljurist or equivalent)
Professional experience in financial supervisory law (ideally at an international law firm, a financial institution, or an association)
