Join a national residential development practice supporting major housebuilders and regional developers on large-scale land acquisition and development projects. The role focuses on complex land purchases, collaboration and joint-venture arrangements, disposals of service parcels, funding-related documentation, strategic options and urban regeneration matters.

You will be embedded in a multidisciplinary team supported by planning, construction and litigation specialists, with access to a large plot-acquisition resource. The position offers structured training, career development and clear progression opportunities within a busy residential land unit.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 3–5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
Experience in residential land acquisition, development agreements, conditional contracts, options or related commercial development work; housebuilder experience advantageous.
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on land and joint-venture documentation.
Ability to manage varied transactional workloads and collaborate with specialist teams (planning, construction, litigation).
