A multi-faceted real estate development role working with major housebuilders and niche developers. You will handle complex, large-scale land acquisitions across England and Wales, collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration.

Join a specialist residential development unit that advises national and regional housebuilders, promoters, and institutional landowners on new developments of up to 6,500 homes. The team handles development agreements, conditional contracts, options, corporate and contractual joint ventures, and collaboration agreements on large-scale strategic land projects.

You will focus solely on land acquisition and development work, supported by specialist litigation, planning, and construction teams. Associate with 3+ years post-qualification experience
