A global law firm with a leading restructuring and insolvency practice is seeking a Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) to strengthen its team in Düsseldorf. As an associate, you will be involved in a wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters with an international dimension, including insolvency and self-administration proceedings, pre-insolvency restructurings, advising key stakeholders on restructurings and reorganizations, distressed M&A, creditor representation, insolvency plan drafting and review, and cross-border proceedings.

The role involves close collaboration with other practice areas such as litigation, bank finance, employment, corporate, and M&A.
