Top-tier US practice is seeking a securitization and structured finance associate or senior associate to join its ABS and structured credit team. The role focuses on asset‑backed securities transactions, with an emphasis on oil & gas and other specialty ABS asset classes.

Work will include structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for securitizations and related structured finance deals. The team hires across multiple U.S. offices and will consider candidates based in New York, Dallas, Houston or Washington.

J.D. and admission-ready or admitted to practice; class of 2023 or earlier preferred (3+ years PQE).
Significant transactional experience in securitization and structured finance, including ABS offerings and other structured credit transactions.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents (purchase agreements, indentures, servicing agreements, offering materials).
Experience with oil & gas or other esoteric ABS asset classes is a strong plus.
