Senior commercial contracts role within a well-established UK practice, based in Bristol with hybrid working options. You will lead on high‑value commercial projects, drafting and negotiating complex agreements and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across sectors such as retail, food & drink, logistics and leisure.

The role involves working collaboratively across practice areas on multi‑party and innovative matters, mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to business development and helping shape client relationships. The team advises on a range of commercial arrangements including supply, distribution, services and collaboration agreements and provides regulatory guidance where required.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered).
Minimum 6 years' PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements; familiarity with IP, data protection or consumer regulation is advantageous.
Ability to manage complex projects, engage with senior stakeholders and mentor junior colleagues.
Commercial awareness, collaborative approach and interest in emerging technology and evolving regulatory issues.
