Senior Associate, Corporate M&A – Energy, Resources & Critical Minerals (Brisbane)

Senior Associate opportunity within a top-tier Corporate M&A team in Brisbane, focused on energy, resources and critical minerals. The role offers work on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, royalties and project development across mining, oil & gas and critical minerals sectors.

The team is national and collaborative, advising on large-scale, high-profile transactions and supported by specialist corporate, capital markets and support teams. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working and flexibility options.

• Approximately 6 years PQE with strong corporate/M&A experience.
• Demonstrated experience in energy and resources transactions (mining, oil & gas and/or critical minerals).
• Proven ability to manage matters and lead junior team members on complex deals.
• Commercial judgment, strong interpersonal skills and willingness to contribute to business development.
