A top-tier international full-service law and tax firm is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to join its Luxembourg office, a team of around 160 partners and associates within a global network of more than 1,500 professionals.

The Luxembourg practice is widely recognised by leading legal directories across investment funds, corporate M&A, banking & finance, dispute resolution, real estate and tax, and the firm operates with a notably flat hierarchy.

This role offers close collaboration with colleagues across multiple international offices, excellent prospects for professional development, individual coaching and training, and the opportunity to take responsibility for challenging work from day one. Secondments to clients and to other offices worldwide are also available.

Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate law experience in the Luxembourg market
Trained and qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer, or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar
Fluent written and spoken English and French; German or Luxembourgish an advantage
Strong analytical ability and the capacity to provide concise, practical advice to clients
Self-motivated team player and leader, organised and flexible across concurrent matters
