Top-tier corporate team seeks a Senior Associate to join its Private Equity Transactions group in Los Angeles. The role will support and lead PE-focused matters across the investment lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on acquisitions, sponsor and portfolio-company work, and related financings.

You'll work on deals across industries with particular exposure to healthcare and independent sponsor transactions, partnering with senior lawyers who approach matters with an investment-banking mindset—proactively identifying opportunities and connecting clients across a broad network.

5–7 years' post-qualification transactional experience, with strong acquisitions and private equity exposure
Demonstrated experience on sponsor, portfolio-company or buyout transactions and related financings

Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
