Senior Associate — Cybersecurity & Privacy, Washington, D.C.

National law firm seeks a Senior Associate to join a Cybersecurity & Privacy team within its Litigation & Trial practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on cybersecurity incident response, breach investigations, privacy counseling and related litigation and crisis-management matters.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience handling breach response and privacy compliance issues, and will work closely with litigators and technical teams on cross-disciplinary matters. The team values strong academic credentials, excellent client-facing skills and an ability to manage fast-moving, high-stakes engagements.

• Approximately 5+ years' post-qualification litigation experience with a focus on cybersecurity, breach response, privacy or crisis management
• Proven experience conducting breach investigations and managing incident response
• Experience advising on privacy/data-protection issues and related regulatory or litigation exposure
• Strong academic record and excellent interpersonal and written-communication skills
• Information-security or technical experience preferred
