You will work on matters across the lifecycle of AI models and data flows, including regulatory assessment, implementation concepts and contractual structures for data sharing and AI deployment.
Typical work includes advising on AI- and data-related legislation (e.g. AI Act, Data Act, related EU initiatives), cloud and IT outsourcing arrangements, platform/IOT structures, cyber risk issues and IT-related dispute matters. The role offers direct client contact on international mandates, structured training, and opportunities for secondments abroad.
- Excellent law degree with very strong academic record
- Very good English skills; German language skills implied by role in Munich
- Academic additions such as LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
- Strong interest in technology, data economy and commercial/ regulatory questions
- Team-oriented, curious and able to work independently on client matters
