(Senior) Associate — Dispute Resolution, Munich

Leading international law firm is seeking a (Senior) Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in Munich. The role involves advising and representing clients in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution across domestic and international matters.

The team handles complex, cross-border disputes in a multidisciplinary environment. The position offers early responsibility, mentor support, a structured national and international training programme, hybrid working and collaborative small-team structures.

• Prior experience in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution
• Above‑average German state law examination results
• Strong English language skills, ideally reinforced by time abroad
• Commercial awareness, strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
• Desire to take ownership and contribute independently to matters
