Experienced employment lawyer sought to join a strong regional team in Freiburg. The role focuses on a mix of individual and collective labour law, advising employers on advisory and dispute work and taking an active role in client-facing matters.

You will work closely with colleagues across offices, support ongoing (retainer) client relationships, and help develop practical, litigation-ready solutions for a diverse client base across industries and company sizes.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) with several years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
Proven experience in individual and collective labour law, including litigation and advisory work
Strong drafting and analytical skills; comfortable in client-facing roles
Fluent German (written and spoken); team-player with ability to work across offices
