The Funds & Asset Management Team

Our Funds & Asset Management team is recognized as a market leader, advising internationally operating fund managers on the structuring, implementation, and restructuring of Dutch and international fund and carried interest structures. We also guide institutional investors on the legal aspects of their investments across various asset classes, from venture capital and infrastructure to private equity and private credit. Additionally, we advise fund managers, asset managers, and funds on strategic M&A transactions and regulatory matters, including AIFMD II, MiFID II, and SFDR. Our practice covers the full spectrum and maintains strong, long-standing relationships with many leading financial institutions.

The Role

As a (senior) associate, you will be fully integrated into the team from day one. Your work will be highly varied, combining advisory and transactional matters in funds & asset management. This includes structuring and setting up funds, advising institutional investors on their investments, and guiding international financial institutions on complex regulatory issues. You will actively contribute to the development of our practice, supported by excellent supervision and a comprehensive global training offering.
