Senior Associate — Intellectual Property (Chemistry)

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy, national intellectual property practice focused on patent prosecution and related litigation. The role offers substantive work on complex chemistry and life‑sciences patent matters alongside experienced IP litigators and prosecutors.

This position is open to candidates in the Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C. offices. The team handles cross‑office matters for technology and life‑sciences clients and emphasizes collaborative, high‑quality client service.

Applicants should be prepared to submit law school and undergraduate (and any graduate) transcripts as part of the application.

• Advanced technical background in chemistry, chemical engineering, or closely related field (Ph.D. preferred but not required).
• Experience in patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation processes.
• Active bar admission or eligibility to sit for the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong academic record, legal writing skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.
