Senior Associate / Of Counsel, Finance — New York

Growing global finance team is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with at least seven years' finance experience to join its New York office. The role focuses on executing complex finance and credit transactions for a mix of bank and non-bank lenders, including private debt funds.
