We are seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join a highly regarded regional Corporate team at a global law firm, at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level. The role is primarily transactional, centred on M&A, with additional involvement in equity capital markets, private equity and corporate reorganisations.

The team acts for a broad range of public and private corporations and institutions, including many of the region's largest companies and a substantial private equity client base, with exposure to cross-jurisdictional and international transactions. You will work on both a strong local client base and mandates arising from the firm's global network, with opportunities for client secondments and placements in other offices.

You will contribute proactively to business development and build close working relationships with colleagues nationally and internationally, supporting a busy M&A practice while benefiting from a well-connected wider platform.

5-9 years of Post Qualified Experience in Corporate law
General M&A skill set; cross-border or private equity experience helpful but not essential
Ability to manage competing demands across multiple transactions simultaneously and work flexibly to tight deadlines
Demonstrated delivery of excellent client service, with drive, enthusiasm and strong teamwork
Strong commercial awareness and willingness to participate in group training and know-how
At Senior Associate or Principal Associate level, experience coaching, supervising and mentoring more junior lawyers
