Leading project development and finance practice is seeking a senior associate to join its U.S. team. The group advises lenders, sponsors and developers on large-scale project financings across energy and infrastructure sectors, with particular strength in renewable and energy-transition work.

The role is open in multiple U.S. offices (including New York, Houston, San Diego and Washington, D.C.) and involves working on complex cross-border and domestic financings, coordinating with regulatory and sector specialists, and supporting transaction execution from diligence through closing.

Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in project finance or project development transactions.
Experience at a large national or international law firm preferred.
Strong drafting and deal-execution skills on finance documentation (lender and sponsor side exposure a plus).
Ability to manage client interactions and work effectively on cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional teams.
