We are recruiting a Senior Associate to join our Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure (ENRI) practice in Singapore. Our global ENRI team is a recognised market leader, advising sophisticated sponsors, lenders, borrowers, project and construction companies, and governments across the full spectrum of energy and infrastructure—from power generation and transmission to networks, social infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, and the energy transition.

In this role, you will work on complex, cross-border project finance and infrastructure matters, providing strategic guidance and delivering integrated solutions that draw on the firm's expertise in project development, deal structuring, bankability, equity strategy, M&A, debt financing and refinancing (including bank, private placement, ECA and multilateral), hedging, contracts, construction, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage matters end-to-end, supervise and develop junior team members, and play an active role in business development and client relationship building. This is a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment offering exceptional opportunities to work on market-shaping transactions.

Qualified lawyer with ideally 5–7 years' PQE
Strong track record in infrastructure and/or project finance, with relevant sector experience
Demonstrated interest in and technical knowledge of the energy and infrastructure sector
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
Proven ability to lead and supervise junior team members
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of law firm economics
Entrepreneurial drive, sound judgement, and outstanding communication skills
