Senior associate role within a large residential development practice acting on land acquisition and development matters for housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners. Work will include complex land purchases, conditional contracts and strategic options, collaboration and joint-venture arrangements, disposals of serviced parcels and related funding arrangements.

The team advises on large-scale residential schemes and urban regeneration projects and works closely with planning, construction and litigation specialists to provide a full-service offering to clients. This role offers exposure to high-value, multi-site development work across England and Wales and regular collaboration with national and regional housebuilders.

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in real estate/development law
Experience on residential land acquisition, conditional contracts, options and disposals; joint-venture or collaboration agreement experience advantageous
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; able to lead transactions and work with multi-disciplinary teams
Client-facing experience with housebuilders, developers or institutional landowners preferred; commercial awareness of residential development processes
