An established real estate development team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its residential development practice, working alongside national and regional housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners on large-scale residential schemes. This is a broad, multi-faceted role spanning the full acquisition-to-disposal lifecycle.

You will handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration and joint venture agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels, funding arrangements, strategic options and urban regeneration work. The team advises on new residential developments of significant scale, and dedicated plot, planning, construction and litigation specialists support the wider group so your focus stays on land acquisition and development.

Applications are welcome from commercial development lawyers keen to specialise in residential work, as well as those with existing housebuilder client experience. Senior Associate with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
Background in commercial real estate development or land acquisition
Experience acting for housebuilder clients advantageous but not essential
