Senior Associate — Tax & Private Clients, Berlin

Join a market-leading Tax & Private Clients team in Berlin advising companies, investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on complex domestic and cross-border tax matters. You will work on transactional tax advice, tax due diligence, restructurings, tax controversy and private-client planning, with frequent exposure to international mandates and interdisciplinary teams.

The role offers substantive client contact, responsibility on standalone mandates, and close collaboration with colleagues across practice groups. The team emphasises collaborative excellence, professional development and a structured training programme to support your technical and career growth.

• Excellent law degree or degree in economics; tax qualifications (e.g. Steuerberater) or equivalent are an advantage
• Strong English language skills; additional qualifications (LL.M. or doctorate) welcome
• Interest in international tax, transactional work, restructurings and private-client matters
• Ability to work in teams, take ownership of client work and communicate with clients directly
