Join a renowned German Tax & Private Clients team in Berlin, advising companies, investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices from around the world on all tax-related matters. You will work on highly complex international transactions, corporate reorganizations, tax dispute proceedings, and succession planning.

Key areas of focus include tax transaction advice (tax due diligence, deal structuring, purchase agreement negotiations, post-acquisition measures, management incentives, restructuring), investments and capital markets (fund structuring, joint ventures, co-investments, investment platforms for insurers, CTAs, family offices, and institutional investors), corporate tax and reorganizations (national and international group and financing structures, transfer pricing, VAT optimization, digital business models, tax compliance processes), tax proceedings (audits, appeals, fiscal court proceedings, voluntary disclosures, tax criminal law, compliance management systems), and succession, wealth & foundations (family business succession, private clients & foundations, family office advice, international mobility, trusts and foundations, charitable organizations).

Excellent legal qualifications or a university degree in economics with a tax advisor exam
Very good English skills
