Senior Associate, Technology Companies Group

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a Technology Companies group in multiple U.S. offices. The team represents high-growth emerging technology companies and their investors across venture financings, private offerings and strategic M&A.

The role involves leading and supporting transactions for startups and growth-stage businesses, working with venture capital investors, and collaborating across a broad global platform that scales as clients grow.

The firm emphasizes collegiality, formal training and mentorship, and opportunities for professional development within a destination tech practice.

• 7–8 years post-qualification experience at a major law firm, with a focus on venture financings, private offerings and transactions for emerging growth companies.
• Strong drafting and oral communication skills and the ability to manage deal workstreams and interact with clients and investors.
• Admission to the bar of the state where the candidate will be based (required).
