An exciting opportunity for a senior associate to join a growing digital infrastructure team within a leading international law firm's Technology Transactions practice in London. The digital infrastructure sub-group advises both new and traditional players in the sector, positioning itself at the forefront of the digital age. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in its growth and development while working on market-leading matters that drive innovation and transformation globally.

Relevant post-qualification experience in private practice with a leading TMT team, possibly augmented by in-house experience
Strong experience advising on digital infrastructure projects, including supporting M&A and financing of digital infrastructure assets
Expertise in digital infrastructure areas such as data centres (e.g., colocation, services agreements, BTS, SLAs), fibre, mobile and subsea telecoms
Telecoms regulatory and satellite experience is desirable but not essential
Proven ability to lead projects, develop client relationships, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across practice areas and offices
