We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced U.S. immigration attorneys for potential future Senior Associate opportunities within our Consular Practice in Latin America. This role combines regional legal and technical expertise with operational and people management, client relationship management, business development, and hands-on work on complex, sensitive, and high-profile matters.

The successful candidate will help strengthen our presence across Latin America, working closely with regional offices, global practice leadership, and U.S. domestic teams. Key responsibilities include building team capability, embedding consistent service and quality standards, supporting strategic client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across the region.

U.S.-licensed attorney with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience.
Substantive U.S. immigration experience; consular processing experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated interest in future opportunities within our Consular Practice, ideally with a personal or professional connection to a Latin American country.
Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese; fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese is highly desirable.
Willingness to relocate to a location in Latin America.
