Senior Associate – U.S. Immigration Attorney, Latin America

An expression of interest is open to experienced U.S. immigration attorneys for a prospective Senior Associate position within a specialized consular practice in Latin America. The role blends regional legal and technical work with operational and people management, client relationship management, and business development, alongside hands-on handling of complex, sensitive, and high-profile matters.

The successful candidate would help strengthen the practice's presence across the region, working closely with regional offices, global practice leadership, and U.S. domestic teams. Responsibilities would include building team capability, embedding consistent service and quality standards, supporting key client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across Latin America.

This is an expression of interest for possible future opportunities; the role is based in Latin America and requires willingness to relocate.

• U.S.-licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Substantive U.S. immigration experience; consular processing experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in the practice, ideally with a personal or professional connection to a Latin American country.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese; fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to a location in Latin America.
