A leading global immigration practice seeks a mid-to-senior Business Immigration Associate to join its collegial, team-oriented environment. This role offers the opportunity to practice immigration law exclusively, working alongside industry experts on sophisticated and complex matters for a diverse client base.

The position involves formulating immigration strategies for intricate cases, advising clients at middle and senior management levels, and serving as a trusted business advisor with a deep understanding of clients' industries and risks. You will independently manage case preparation and filings, research complex technical immigration issues, and develop solutions tailored to client scenarios.

Beyond casework, the role includes supervising and mentoring junior associates and staff, supporting partners on client proposals and pitches, contributing to business development and marketing initiatives, and leading continuous-improvement efforts to enhance quality and efficiency. The position is remote, based in the Detroit area.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a US State bar or Washington, DC bar
5–8 years of experience at the Associate level
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of immigration law
Prior team management experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
