You will build and maintain strong client relationships at middle and senior management levels, formulate immigration strategies for complex matters, and serve as a business advisor with deep industry insight. Responsibilities include independently managing case preparation and filings, supervising and mentoring associates and staff, leading continuous improvement efforts, and contributing to business development and client proposals.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association
5–8 years of experience at Associate level
Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law
Prior team management experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
