Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Detroit office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters from strategy through resolution.

Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
Arguing motions and making courtroom appearances
Handling depositions, trials, and arbitration hearings (first or second chair)
Developing and executing overall case strategy

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and persuasive writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

5–6 years of complex litigation experience
Experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
Courtroom experience, including arguing motions and handling trials or arbitration
