The role involves developing case strategies, preparing and filing non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, counseling clients and foreign nationals, supporting immigration program management and compliance, and mentoring more junior staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, follow firm standards and SLAs, and seek efficiencies in processes and documentation.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
2–3 years' associate-level experience in business immigration
Solid drafting, research, and case-management skills; strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication and client-service orientation
