Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Detroit litigation team with a focus on employment and labor matters. The role will handle a mix of private client and commercial litigation, including professional liability, healthcare-related disputes, and construction claims.

The partner will lead matters from intake through trial and advise senior clients on high-stakes workplace and regulatory issues. There is an opportunity to grow a regional practice and to bring a portable book of business; the role includes client development and team leadership responsibilities.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation with significant employment & labor work
Proven trial and dispositive motion experience; courtroom presence
Track record handling professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred
Demonstrated client development and team leadership ability; ability to supervise associates
Admission to practice in Michigan or willingness to become admitted
