The role involves first-chair litigation responsibility across court, arbitration, administrative agency proceedings, mediations, and class/collective actions, as well as counseling and training employer clients on employment-law issues.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
9+ years of employment litigation experience with substantial first-chair trial and case-management experience
Active Tennessee bar admission in good standing
Experience supervising associates and paralegals; strong delegation and feedback skills
Familiarity with state and federal administrative agency procedures
Excellent written and oral communication, organization, time- and project-management skills
Class/collective action and wage-and-hour experience preferred
