Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Detroit. The role will focus on counseling clients on merger control, civil antitrust litigation, and competition compliance across industry sectors.

This is a leadership role within a growing regional office; the partner will handle high‑stakes matters, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s US network. There is an expectation and opportunity to develop and expand a portable practice.

JD and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven partner‑level experience in antitrust and competition law (merger review, investigations, and/or litigation)
Track record of client development and relationship management; ability to build a portable practice
Experience mentoring and managing associates and collaborating across offices
Strong written and oral advocacy and counseling skills
