An established capital markets team is hiring a senior real estate finance attorney to support commercial mortgage securitizations and related offering-document work. The role will involve drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials and working directly with clients and deal teams on transaction documentation.

Ideal candidates have experience on securitizations or mortgage-backed transactions; familiarity with loan-level due diligence is preferred but not required. This is a non-partnership track position with compensation commensurate with experience and eligible for typical employee benefits.

Minimum 4 years post-qualification legal experience in capital markets, real estate finance, securitization or related transactions
Experience drafting or reviewing disclosure and offering materials for securitizations or MBS preferred
Familiarity with loan-level due diligence is a plus
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an ABA‑accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. Bar
Strong client-facing skills and ability to work on fast-paced transactional matters
