Senior Attorney, Corporate (M&A) — New York

A non-partner track Senior Attorney role on the corporate team focused on complex M&A, venture growth and private-equity-related matters. The role will act as a primary legal lead for sophisticated investment clients, including family offices and institutional investors, and will combine deal execution with day-to-day governance counsel.

Responsibilities include leading complex deal structuring and execution, coordinating specialist counsel on tax and financing aspects, and serving as the connective legal resource across corporate governance, board minutes, operating agreements and commercial contracting for multi-jurisdictional entities.

This is a hybrid role based in New York that requires a high degree of autonomy, commercial judgment and the ability to interact directly with senior client stakeholders and outside advisors.

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
• 6+ years of high-level corporate/M&A experience, ideally with private equity, family office or sophisticated transactional practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex deal execution and coordinate specialist counsel (tax, financing).
• Strong corporate governance experience for multi-jurisdictional entities; experience drafting board minutes, operating agreements and commercial contracts.
• High emotional intelligence, excellent written/verbal communication, and capacity to work autonomously with senior client stakeholders.
