Senior Attorney — Technology Transactions

A leading law firm is seeking a senior attorney to join its Technology Transactions practice group. The role is open across multiple West Coast offices and focuses on drafting and negotiating a broad range of IT and data transactions.

Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and analyzing a variety of IT and commercial agreements, such as SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements. The position is primarily dedicated to supporting a prominent healthcare organization.

This is a non-partnership track position offering the opportunity to work independently and creatively within a collaborative team environment.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on IT transactions
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare sector and some privacy and data security experience preferred
