The role involves developing case strategies, researching and drafting legal documents, counseling clients and foreign nationals on procedural and case-processing issues, and assessing eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status. You will support corporate clients on immigration program management and compliance, and work closely with client global mobility personnel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies.

You will also supervise and mentor junior associates and staff, proactively share immigration knowledge, and contribute to process improvements. Strong client-service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Canadian bar lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in immigration law
