Top-tier corporate team in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy private equity and M&A practice. The role focuses on lead deal execution across the investment lifecycle, advising financial sponsors and portfolio companies on acquisitions, dispositions and related financings.

The team handles a high volume of sponsor-driven work across industries, with particular depth in healthcare and independent sponsor transactions. The group emphasizes an investment‑banking mindset: associates are expected to help originate and drive deal processes as well as execute complex documentation.

5–7 years of post‑qualification transactional experience with a focus on private equity/M&A and sponsor work
Demonstrated experience leading acquisitions, dispositions and related financing documentation
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills on complex deals
US bar admission and ability to work in New York
Comfortable working collaboratively across deal teams and interfacing with clients and lenders
