5–7 years of private equity / acquisitions experience (mid‑to‑senior associate level)
Demonstrated transactional M&A and buy‑side experience, including deal execution and negotiation
Experience with financings and cross‑discipline transactional work preferred
Strong drafting, commercial judgment, and ability to manage client relationships and drive deals
