Our Nantes-based law firm brings together 60 legal professionals serving clients from international groups to local SMEs. You would join a dedicated employment law team of 7 attorneys, 3 legal advisors, and 2 assistants, exclusively handling labor law, social security law, and criminal labor law, in both advisory and litigation matters.

We are looking for a senior employment lawyer ready to take an active role in case strategy, client relationships, and the growth of a dynamic team. Depending on your profile and experience, a Counsel status may be considered.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Contributing to case strategy alongside partners.
Managing files directly with clients, both in advisory and litigation.
Drafting procedural documents, legal updates, consultations, and presentation materials.
Pleading in court.
Participating actively in client meetings and team development.

Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law.
