We are seeking a senior knowledge lawyer to join our highly regarded People & Reward practice and global Knowledge function in London. This role focuses on pensions law, working closely with pensions lawyers to deliver knowhow that enhances efficiency and mitigates risk.

The practice handles a mix of transactional, advisory and contentious work, advising companies and pension scheme trustees on establishing, merging and winding up large pension schemes, managing pension liabilities, de-risking projects, scheme restructurings, and interactions with The Pensions Regulator.

This is envisaged as up to 3 days per week, with flexibility to discuss further reduced hours for the right candidate. You will play a key role in integrating proprietary knowledge into client service, driving client engagement and thought leadership, and developing the legal skills of the team.

Qualified lawyer in the UK with a strong academic background.
High level of relevant experience as a fee earner or knowledge lawyer/professional support lawyer in pensions law, regulation and practice.
Experience working with or for The UK Pensions Regulator.
Very sound knowledge of pensions law and practice.
Strong commercial awareness, growth mindset, and collaborative approach.
Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skills.
Strong technology skills and a commitment to innovation.
