We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer who can advise on technology contracts, procurement arrangements and privacy/compliance issues, and who thrives in high‑performing, client‑facing environments.

Minimum 5 years PQE in technology, commercial or procurement advisory roles
Experience at a top‑tier firm and/or in‑house/secondment roles preferred
Strong skills in technology contracts, procurement processes and privacy/data protection law
Client‑focused, collaborative and adaptable; comfortable working on fast‑paced mandates
