Opening for a senior litigation associate in a large international firm's Los Angeles litigation team. The role focuses on trusts & estates and financial‑services litigation, with opportunities to handle commercial disputes and appellate work.

The successful candidate will work on complex litigation matters across state and federal courts, contributing to drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery (including e‑discovery), taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court.

Applicants must be able to work at a high level on research, writing and oral advocacy tasks; federal clerkship and law‑review experience are viewed favorably.

Minimum six years of litigation experience, with demonstrable experience in financial services and trusts & estates disputes
Strong appellate experience is a plus
Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, managing traditional and electronic discovery, and conducting depositions
Admission in good standing to the California bar; federal clerkship preferred
