Senior Litigation Attorney — Commercial Financial Services Litigation

Seeking an experienced senior litigation attorney to join a national litigation practice handling complex commercial disputes for financial-services clients. The role focuses on litigation and loan-servicing matters involving banks, servicers, special servicers, CMBS trusts and other lenders.

Responsibilities include leading litigation teams in federal and state courts, managing contested bankruptcy and enforcement matters, and handling disputes arising from distressed commercial real estate, secured creditor remedies and related business litigation. Candidates may be based in multiple U.S. offices or be remote if barred and located in a state where the firm operates.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Minimum 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Proven experience representing financial institutions, servicers or lenders in commercial real estate/loan-servicing disputes
• Experience leading litigation teams and handling matters in federal and state courts; strong written and oral advocacy skills
