You will be client-facing, supporting and growing the local commercial practice, coaching junior lawyers and contributing to business development and thought leadership activities.
- Qualified solicitor with 5–9 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven experience advising on both strategic contracts and commercial technology agreements (IT outsourcing, software/services, AI-related contracts)
- Strong drafting, commercial awareness, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience supervising and coaching junior fee-earners and supporting business development
