An established Projects & Infrastructure team is recruiting a Senior / Principal Associate to support a busy UK projects pipeline across energy, infrastructure and government work. The role sits within a multi-office team that handles domestic project development and internationally-facing mandates.

The post will involve advising on project development matters across procurement, project and construction contracts, operations arrangements and related transactional work. Work includes developer- and sponsor-side instructions and advisory work for public-sector projects and regulated infrastructure programmes.

This is a hybrid-role within a team that draws on specialist procurement, project finance, construction and sector-specific expertise; opportunities to work on cross-border mandates are available.

Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years PQE.
Experience advising on project agreements (e.g. PPP/PFI, PPA, EPC, O&M) and project development work.
Familiarity with UK public procurement (PCR) and single-source procurement desirable.
Strong project-management skills and willingness to contribute to business development; sector experience (government, defence or nuclear) is advantageous.
