A leading US law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its dynamic Real Estate Capital Markets practice in Austin.

The role involves significant work across a range of real estate transactions, including leasing and property management, acquisitions and dispositions, and conducting property diligence on behalf of lenders.

Experience representing clients that manage Class A and B shopping/mall and office properties is a plus. The firm offers a collegial atmosphere and a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

5–7 years of relevant real estate transactions experience
Significant experience in leasing and property management, acquisitions and dispositions, and property diligence for lenders
Experience with Class A and B shopping/mall and office property management clients preferred
Excellent academic credentials
Large regional, national, or international law firm experience preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
