Experienced residential conveyancer sought to join a busy conveyancing team with offices in the Solent or Northampton areas. The role is office-based five days a week during probation, with potential for agile working after successful completion.

You will act as a technical specialist handling complex residential transactions, providing technical guidance to junior colleagues, supporting compliance and risk management, and helping to maintain high service and quality standards across the team.

Significant experience in residential conveyancing including unregistered, freehold and leasehold matters
Proven experience with new build, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages
Skilled at checking and reporting on title and handling complex title issues (e.g. transfers of part, overage/option agreements, rural transactions, leases, deeds of easement, trust matters)
Experience managing high-volume caseloads and handling escalated technical matters with minimal supervision
Ability to supervise or mentor junior colleagues and contribute to file reviews, compliance and process improvement
Strong client/stakeholder management, excellent written and verbal communication, and high attention to detail
