Leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Debt Finance/Trade Finance practice in the New York office. The role focuses on advising borrowers, lenders and arrangers on a range of corporate finance and investment‑grade lending matters, including syndicated, club and bilateral loans, revolving credit facilities, private placements, acquisition financings, bridge/pre‑IPO facilities, margin lending, export credit and other trade finance structures.

The team advises on cross‑border financings and works closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, market‑leading transactions. The role is transactional and client‑facing, requiring strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with a global team.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
High academic achievement
Admitted to, or eligible to waive into, the New York Bar
Prior experience at a peer law firm on finance/loan transactions
Preference for class years 2019–2021; submit resume and law school transcript(s)
