Join a leading international law firm in a brand-new role at the intersection of Real Estate law, AI and legal service innovation. You will be embedded within our Real Estate practice group while working closely with our multidisciplinary service innovation team, helping to design, deliver and scale AI-enabled legal products and services for clients.

This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer with real estate expertise and a genuine interest in legal technology to drive tangible change in how legal services are delivered. You will receive structured training in AI, legal technology and client service innovation. Previous experience in legal tech or AI is not required – we are looking for curiosity, commercial instinct and a desire to shape the future of legal services.

You will work across live client matters, collaborating with partners, fee earners, knowledge teams and clients to turn AI strategy into practice. You will help embed AI-enabled ways of working, scope new products and services, and champion responsible adoption of AI across the group.

What we are looking for:

Qualified lawyer with strong knowledge of Real Estate law and credibility to engage with partners and clients.
Genuine interest in AI, technology and service innovation, with curiosity to build expertise and a good instinct for where AI does and does not add value.
Ability to break down complex or vague client asks into structured, deliverable plans, using AI responsibly and working through ambiguity with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills – able to build trust with lawyers and clients, manage expectations and hold your position in challenging conversations.
Commercially astute, focused on solutions that deliver real impact, and comfortable balancing innovation with risk, cost and quality.
Collaborative, people-focused team member committed to an excellent client experience.
Detail-oriented and rigorous in testing and quality-assuring AI outputs, with resilience to iterate and improve.
