A leading global legal and business services firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its Commercial Insurance team in Bristol, with hybrid working available. The team acts for a prestigious client base on a varied caseload of complex insurance property disputes, including first party and third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.

The role involves managing your own caseload of property-related claims, analysing risk and exercising sound judgement to justify decisions to clients and stakeholders. You will work to service level agreements and best practice, prioritise effectively and contribute to the efficiency of the wider practice group.

You will build internal and external working relationships to develop business networks, and act as a go-to point of support for more junior team members, helping to coach and develop others.

2+ years' PQE with a strong interest in property damage work, particularly policy coverage and subrogated recoveries
Prior experience handling an insurance property-related caseload focused on property damage recoveries
Technical expertise and a genuine interest in commercial insurance matters
Proven track record of delivering results within strict deadlines
Ability to communicate and manage complex issues for internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated, with the ability to coach and develop others
