Solicitor — Casualty Injury, Large Loss Team

An established legal practice is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its Casualty Injury Large Loss team, handling a varied caseload of defendant employers' liability and public liability personal injury claims. The role covers both pre-litigated and litigated matters, with scope to manage cases from instruction through to resolution.

The successful candidate will provide timely, high-quality service to clients, screening matters for prospects, advising on case strategy, and resolving claims through negotiation and litigation within agreed service standards. Day-to-day work includes instructing experts and counsel, drafting witness statements and court documents, and proactively managing client expectations.

There is also opportunity to support team partners in delivering client training sessions and case clinics, contributing to the wider development of the practice.

• Experienced solicitor with a background in employers' liability and public liability claims
