A solicitor/CILEx lawyer role within a national motor injury team, based in Birmingham. The team handles a wide range of motor injury matters across pre‑litigation, MOJ, infant approvals, OIC and small track claims, and applies a data‑led approach to inform insurer strategies.

The role requires running a proactive caseload to agreed SLAs and deadlines, liaising with internal teams and insurer clients, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and reporting. Training and technical development are supported.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEx lawyer with litigation rights
Proven experience handling personal injury or motor injury caseloads (including credit hire or similar matters)
Strong record of meeting client SLAs, protocols and KPIs
Good IT literacy, including Word and Excel
Excellent prioritisation, organisation and resilience to manage competing demands
Strong analytical, commercial judgement and communication skills
Team player who models positive, professional behaviour and aligns with firm cultural principles
